Where does clutter come from? Do you find yourself saying, "I don't have time to put this where it belongs (or I don't know WHERE this belongs), so 'just for now' I will set it here, and I will deal with it later"?
Have you ever felt, "Someone else is supposed to do this, so I will leave it here until they take care of this!"?
Have you thought, "I didn't want this in the first place, and I don't care what happens to it, so I will leave it right where I found it!"?

That's all your house is--it's a place to keep your stuff while you go out and get more stuff. Now sometimes, sometimes you gotta move. You gotta get a bigger house. Why? Too much stuff. You've gotta move all your stuff and maybe put some of your stuff in storage. Imagine that--there's a whole industry based on keeping an eye on your stuff!
